Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process, prepare, and dispatch your order. As we carefully curate every item before it reaches you, processing times may vary depending on product availability and demand.
During busy periods, new collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Why does my order take 7–14 business days to deliver?
Rather than holding large amounts of stock, we work with carefully selected fulfilment partners to offer a thoughtfully curated collection. This approach allows us to bring you unique designs while reducing unnecessary waste and maintaining the quality standards we expect from every order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the shipping method selected.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
